Our journey started in Psychology and Hospitality, where we saw how environments shape stress, stability, and belonging. We created Absolute Alignment to turn that understanding into practical, affordable housing that honors both mental health and everyday comfort for students, families, and income-constrained renters.
Why Affordability Comes First
We build each housing model around one clear promise: rent stays at or under thirty percent of verified income, grants, and eligible government resources. This structure frees room in residents’ budgets for savings, debt repayment, and investments, turning housing into a foundation for long-term security rather than a constant source of anxiety.
Designing Whole Communities
As a Black, female, family business preparing for a Master’s in Sustainable Urban Planning and Design, we treat every building as a small ecosystem. Fully furnished units, wellness and financial literacy programming, and community events all work together so residents can focus on learning, working, and building brighter futures.

Meet The Founder Behind Alignment
I am Kira, the founder of Absolute Alignment, where my background in Psychology and Hospitality guides every design choice. I focus on how spaces impact stress, focus, and a sense of belonging for students and families. I am preparing to pursue a Master's in Sustainable Urban Planning and Design, which will deepen my tools for building ethical, sustainable, income-based housing. I created this business for renters who are often overlooked, so they can experience furnished, transparent, and supportive homes.
